BKR National is a national facility management firm expanding operations in Florida. We need a Licensed HVAC Contractor (Mechanical Contractor / Class A or B) to serve as our Qualifying Agent of Record.

Responsibilities:

Register as Qualifying Agent for BKR National in Florida.
Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and DBPR regulations.
Oversee permitting and code compliance requirements (minimal field involvement).
Provide limited supervision and consultation as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Retainer: depending on involvement
BKR National covers renewal fees, insurance increments, and bonding costs.
Flexible arrangement, ideal for experienced contractors looking to monetize their license without full-time work.

Requirements:

Active Florida Certified Mechanical or Air Conditioning Contractor License.
Good standing with DBPR.
Willingness to act as Qualifier of Record.
