BKR National provides facility management solutions across the U.S. We are seeking a Conditioned Air Contractor (Class I or II) to serve as our Qualifying Agent in Georgia.

Responsibilities:

Act as official Qualifying Agent with the GA Board of Conditioned Air Contractors.
Maintain license compliance and supervise code adherence.
Provide occasional consultation or oversight (minimal field work).

Compensation & Benefits:

Retainer: Depends on involvement.
All license renewals and insurance costs covered.
Flexible, low time commitment.

Requirements:

Active Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor License (Class I or II).
Eligible to be designated as Qualifying Agent.
Clean disciplinary record.
